Boxing Class 

This instructor-led fitness and boxing class combines authentic boxing technique with total-body conditioning in a supportive, safe environment. All levels welcome — whether you're new or experienced, you’ll get a challenging workout that builds strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence.

Meet the Instructor:
Tai is MCRPD’s newest fitness instructor, bringing 25 years of coaching experience as a certified master fitness instructor. He is also certified in kickboxing, boxing, kettlebell, spin, and wellness, and is on a mission to empower you on your fitness journey.

 

What to Expect:

  • Total-body fitness and conditioning
  • Boxing fundamentals (stance, footwork, punches, defense)
  • Stress relief and improved focus
  • Safe, structured training — no full-contact sparring 🥊

DETAILS

  • Monday's & Wednesday's, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM  
    • Ages: 14+ or with instructor approval
  • Warm-Up • Technique & Drills • Conditioning • Controlled Partner Rounds • Cool Down
  • Students should bring hand wraps and 14 oz gloves.
  • All other training equipment is provided (pads, mitts, bags, etc.).

  • $20 Drop-In
  • $90 for 5-Class Punch Card
  • $160 for 10-Class Punch Card
