Rhythmic Gymnastics is in session 

 

Welcome to MCRPD’s new Rhythmic Gymnastics class, a blend of grace, flexibility, and coordination! For Ages 10-13, this class is designed for students of all levels, from beginners to more advanced athletes. Participants will learn how to combine ballet, gymnastics, and dance elements with the use of hand apparatus such as ribbons, hoops, and balls.
Our expert instructor Elyse will guide students through exercises that enhance body awareness, improve posture, and build strength. Whether your goal is to compete or simply enjoy the beauty of rhythmic movement, this class is perfect for developing balance, coordination, and flexibility.


Dress Code: Students should dress in athletic wear and hair must be back in a ponytail, braids, bun or if short hair head band.

  • Dates:  Saturday's - 3/1, 3/8, 3/15, 3/22, 3/29, 4/5 and 4/12
  • Ages 10-13 * under 10 with instructor approval
  • 12PM-1:30PM
  • MCRPD – 100 N Main St. Fort Bragg
  • $210/ 7-week Session
