Our focus is on developing skills, techniques, and fitness through controlled drills, forms, and non-contact practice. This approach ensures a safe and supportive environment for all participants while allowing everyone to benefit from the fitness and mental aspects of martial arts training.

- WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE w/ Bram
A Women's Self-Defense class with a Jiu Jitsu base focuses on teaching practical techniques for real-life situations. Grounded in the principles of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, it emphasizes leverage, control, and submission, allowing participants to defend themselves effectively against larger opponents. The class covers take-down defense, escapes from common holds, and strategies for maintaining control on the ground, empowering women with both physical and mental confidence to stay safe in challenging situations. Ideal for all skill levels, the environment fosters support and empowerment in a safe, inclusive setting

- TAEKWONDO w/ Adam
Taekwondo or Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that translates to the art of fist and foot. It centers on both kicking and punching techniques as well as the mastery of set forms. It originated in Korea and dates as far back as 2,000 years making it one of the oldest forms of self-defense in the world.

JAPANESE SEIBUKAN JUJUTSU - Taught by Adam Channel - A martial art that emphasizes redirecting an attacker’s energy and immobilizing them using joint techniques, pressure points, and natural movements. It’s a shared learning experience where practitioners develop practical self-defense skills.
