  • HIIT Fusion combines core training and high intensity fitness intervals consisting of multi directional, full body movements and short rest periods for an intense calorie burn. Modifications are always offered and each session ends with a cool down and functional stretching. This is an all skill levels class. 
    •  October:
      • Sunday's - 12PM-12:45PM OR Monday's - 5:30PM - 6:15PM
    • November - December
      •  Saturday's - 11AM- 11:45AM * No Class on 11/30 & 12/28

 

  • POUND is a full-body jam session that combines cardio, conditioning and core work with the excitement and euphoria of drumming. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, tone up and rock out! This is an all skill levels class. 
    • Wednesday's  - 5:30PM-6:15PM * No class 11/27, 12/25, 1/1

  • STRENGTH - This class is designed to motivate anyone needing an extra push and give those who may not be familiar with programed workouts a chance to learn and understand proper body mechanics. Workouts will be done in circuit repeats, using either body weight or dumbbells. Every class will push you to YOUR own potential.  This is an all skill levels class.  
    • Monday's & Friday's * No class 11/29, 12/27

  • Punch cards available  -$170 for 10 classes or $85 for 5 classes. *Can be used for any fitness class, no expiration date!
